Jeremy Robertson is the founder and CEO of Lockwood Executive Search FZCO. With over 25 years of experience in executive search, he has spent his career at the intersection of global finance, quantitative investing, and technology — building one of the most respected boutique search practices in the industry.
Jeremy began his career as Co-Head of the Hedge Fund Practice and Global Head of the Quantitative Finance Practice at a leading New York search firm, before becoming Managing Partner and Global Practice Leader at a top-10 search consultancy. He founded Lockwood in 2015, headquartered in Dubai, to bring genuine specialist expertise to the most demanding mandates in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, hedge fund portfolio management, and quantitative finance.
Beyond search, Jeremy is a proud ambassador for Wild Tomorrow, a conservation organisation protecting wildlife and wild places in southern Africa, and supports Lessons in Conservation, a charity advancing science education for communities living alongside wildlife. He is married with six daughters and a son.
